NW London PT uses personal information only to provide consultations, manage client accounts, process bookings and payments, and communicate about sessions.

Information we collect

Your name, email address, account details, booking history and payment status. Card details are processed directly by Stripe and are not stored by this website.

How it is used

Information is used to operate the client portal, confirm bookings, maintain session records, issue account credit and respond to enquiries. Supabase hosts account and booking data; Stripe processes payments; Resend may deliver transactional emails.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of your information by emailing dom.cheniart@gmail.com. Some transaction records may be retained where legally required.
